Visit your nearest store
Find your closest PostNet or Jetline store at one of over 450 fingerprint capture locations nationwide. There is no booking required, and fingerprint scanning is free of charge.
What candidates should bring:
Original, valid RSA ID, RSA Driver’s Licence or Foreign Passport

Ask to have your fingerprints captured
Request a fingerprint scan from the store assistant. Be sure to tell them you were sent by a HURU client.
Please note:
Do not request a Criminal Record Check Service or opt-in to pay for the service. You only need to have your fingerprints scanned.

Scan your fingerprints
The store assistant will scan your profile picture, ID document and fingerprints. Once done, you can leave.
Your information will be sent to our secure database. Thereafter, your current or potential employer will be able to request your Criminal Record Check directly with HURU.
It’s as easy as that!
FAQs
Should I pay in store for a CRC if I have been sent by a company?
No, as a candidate sent by a company, you do not have to pay for capturing your fingerprints on the HURU system.
Simply visit a participating HURU Approved Partner with a valid form of ID, so one of our friendly operators can capture your fingerprints.
Who will have my report if I was sent by a company?
The resulting report will be sent directly to the company that requested the CRC on your behalf. Should you would wish to receive a copy of this report, you can submit a request to the company who sent you.
