Send your candidate to get scanned
Send your candidate to their closest PostNet or Jetline store at one of over 450 fingerprint capture locations to have their fingerprints scanned. There is no booking required, and fingerprint scanning is free of charge.
What candidates should bring:
Original, valid RSA ID, RSA Driver’s Licence or Foreign Passport

Request checks via our secure portal
Login to your HURU account. Search for your candidate using their ID or Passport Number. Then choose how soon you would like to receive the results. You will pay a different fee depending on the time you choose.

Get results
You will receive the Criminal Record Check Report via email. You can also access it online via our secure portal.
