Ask for a Criminal Record Check (CRC)
Request your Criminal Record Check from the store assistant and tell them how soon you would like to get it. You will pay a different fee depending on the time you choose.
1. Visit your nearest store
Find your closest PostNet or Jetline at over 450 locations nationwide.
What to bring:
An original, valid RSA ID, RSA Driver’s Licence or Foreign Passport.
2. Ask for a Criminal Record Check
Request your Criminal Record Check from the store assistant, and tell them how soon you would like to get it. You will pay a different fee depending on the time you choose.
3. Scan your fingerprints and pay
The store assistant will scan your profile picture, ID document and fingerprints. Once done, you can pay.
4. Get your results
Your information will be sent to our secure database where we will do the check for you. We will then send you your Criminal Record Check via email.
